PRE ORDER WIGS : 14 - 21 BUSINESS DAYS
These products are made to order so this will require waiting to receive the hair package, completing the finished product, and preparing for shipment.

READY TO SHIP WIGS : Allow 1-3 days for your order to be shipped to carrier.

Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Please ensure that the address you provided is correct. KB Krowned You is not liable for any lost or stolen packages.

After processing, shipping usually takes up to 1-4 business days to arrive depending on where the customer resides. Express shipping is offered at checkout.

Business days are Monday - Saturday

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges.
KB Krowned You does not offer refunds or exchanges.

Additional Information:
Please know your correct head measurements before purchasing a wig. Ensure that your braids or foundation are FLAT to get the most accurate measurement. KBKY is not liable for any inaccurate measurements provided!
